My father was 5 ft. 6 in., average frame, hazel eyes, olive complexion, with light to medium brown hair -- although it turned white around 1944 when a mine exploded in front of his jeep (during the war). He was in a coma for a while, and when he woke up he had white hair. Maryanne Edge
